EPYC è un progetto europeo che mira ad orientare i giovani cittadini nei processi decisionali politici e coinvolgendoli nella società per renderli agenti di sviluppo.

The main objective of the project is:

• To orient young European citizens in the processes of political decision-making and social engagement, enabling them to become active agents of development.

The project includes the following activities:

• Project management.
• Information and publicity activities of the project.
• Selection of young participants.
• Orientation and training.
• Study and analysis of the local context.
• Research on best practices.
• 3 online workshops.
• Dissemination of information and capitalization of the results.
• Development of a final report.

The expected impact of the project includes:

• Strengthened decision-making and negotiating skills.
• Improvement of awareness on analyzed topics at local and EU level through research.
• Cultural exchanges, training on drafting political proposals, SWOT analysis learning, and critical thinking development.
• Acquisition of a methodology promoting the democratic participation of youth organizations.
• Improvement of communication, management, and transnational work skills.
• Increased awareness of strategies to involve young people at the local level.
• Acquisition of competences to become agents of development at local and EU level.
• Development of the E.P.Y.C. Guide and project website.
• Increased access to reliable information in dealing with COVID-19.
